Must speak and write spanish and english fluently.
Job duties include:
Scheduling meetings, court dates, and zoom calls
Answering the phone and screening potential clients
Sending out emails to clients, potential clients, and court staff, opposing counsel.
Filing paperwork on the computer and email
Filing documents with the court online
Preparing intake forms for clients
Tracking expenses, helping with billing, and generating reports.
Greeting walk-ins at the office
Inputing data in CRM system
Organizing and prioritizing task lists
Prepping documents for meetings
Conducting status checks on all clients
Keeping clients updated Looking for someone with a professional attitude that is willing to learn.
Secretary/Executive Assistant; Legal training preferred but not required. Needs to be organized. Will receive hands-on training from attorney. Room for growth, bonuses, and raises if works well and is ambitious. We are a small Law Practice in Frisco that focuses on family law, criminal defense, business, and contract law. Looking for someone that wants to learn and be involved in the daily practice. Starting pay is $17 per hour depending on experience.
