The ideal candidate will have prior law firm experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings Manage court filings, including e-filing Maintain attorney calendars and litigation deadlines Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties Assist with case file organization and management Research and gather information relevant to active matters Handle incoming mail, telephone calls, and additional office support duties as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Legal Assistant experience in a law firm Litigation experience required Civil litigation and/or construction law experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Word Experience with e-filing and document preparation Strong transcription skills preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional, dependable, and highly organized Work Environment Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) Onsite in Waxahachie, TX Collaborative, non-micromanaged environment Firm-issued technology and strong operational support Positive culture with regular employee events and gatherings
