Personal Injury Paralegal - Experience in Personal Injury Law Required - Not a Remote Position Jacobs & Jacobs Injury Law has been advocating for injured people for more than 130 years. As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our supportive, collaborative team. About the Role In this role, you'll help guide clients through the early and middle stages of their personal injury cases — from initial contact through resolution. You'll be a steady point of contact for clients, helping them feel informed and supported while keeping cases organized and moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, stays organized, and takes pride in helping cases resolve efficiently and successfully. What You'll Do Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement Maintain regular contact with clients throughout their treatment Request, organize, and review medical records and bills Draft correspondence and legal documents Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters Assist attorneys with preparing demand packages and settlement negotiations Track deadlines and ensure files are complete and ready for resolution What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal is required. Applicants who do not have this experience will not be considered. Pay:
$26.00 - $36.00 per hour
