Client Services Coordinator/Legal Assistant For the first time in nearly 15 years, Bolan Law Group is on the hunt for a Client Services Coordinator/Legal Assistant (we wish our Kathy the best as she plans for her retirement). Established in 1977, Bolan Law Group, PS (formerly Blado Kiger Bolan, PS) has a proven track record in Pierce County and beyond. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and highly organized Client Services Coordinator/Legal Assistant for our Tacoma office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Duties include welcoming clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner, front desk and reception responsibilities, answering phones, scheduling consultations, responding to emails and routing inquiries and related materials appropriately, and maintaining office organization and supplies. Exceptional customer services skills are a must. While prior law office experience is preferred, it is not required. Benefits include : health, dental and vision insurance; retirement benefits with company match; paid holidays, along with generous vacation and sick leave; extensive on-the-job training; competitive salary; and 37.5 hour work week (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Responsibilities and duties: Greet/interact with clients, guests and visitors Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls, as appropriate Maintain online daily appointment calendar Process and scan mail and materials received daily Respond to email inquiries on behalf of the firm and schedule consultations Collect intake forms and fees in advance of consultations Work in Clio Manage/Grow program, MS Outlook and Word program Other duties as assigned Qualifications and skills: Excellent organizational skills Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills Ability to interact with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and visitors in a professional and personable manner Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to strategize and make practical decisions quickly and efficiently Ability to use discretion and professionalism when responding to inquiries while protecting confidential information Prior clerical experience preferred Prior law office experience preferred Knowledge of Clio, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Reader preferred
