Job Description Lead company-wide EHS programs and compliance initiatives Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal-OSHA, EPA, and related regulations Drive proactive safety culture and employee engagement programs Lead audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions Manage environmental compliance programs and reporting Develop and deliver safety training and certification programs Track EHS metrics and communicate performance to leadership Partner cross-functionally to improve workplace safety and operational effectiveness MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
