Job Description
Safety Manager C&K Industrial Services, Inc., a leading cloud software and analytics provider, is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our safety programs across office and technical operations. You will develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance. Partner closely with engineering, operations, and HR to deliver training, audits, and corrective actions. You will analyze safety data, recommend process improvements, and champion a proactive safety culture in our innovative, collaborative environment while mentoring leaders and employees on best practices. Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies and procedures Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across offices and technical environments Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations Design and deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees and managers Analyze safety metrics, trends, and incident data to drive continuous improvement Collaborate with engineering, operations, and HR to integrate safety into processes and projects Report safety performance to leadership and recommend strategic safety initiatives Promote a proactive safety culture aligned with the company's innovative, collaborative values Coordinate emergency preparedness, response planning, and drills Occupational safety and health regulations (OSHA) Risk assessment and hazard analysis Incident investigation and root cause analysis Safety training design and delivery Safety audits and inspections Data analysis and safety metrics reporting Safety management systems (SMS) Regulatory compliance documentation Emergency preparedness and response planning Use of EHS/safety management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or similar safety credential a plus OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification preferred Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and relevant state safety regulations Experience with safety management systems and incident investigation methods
