Videos Duties Help Plans, directs, and evalues a comprehensive Safety, Occupional Health, and Environmental (SOH&E) program supporting high-risk hydropower, construction, and maintenance operions. Serves as the primary technical advisor to leadership on safety, occupional health, and environmental compliance, policy, and risk management. Supervises and leads a multidisciplinary team of safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental professionals, ensuring effective program execution and staff development. Oversees industrial hygiene, environmental compliance, and behavioral-based safety programs to identify hazards, reduce risk, and ensure regulory compliance. Reviews and evalues work plans, contracts, and engineering designs to ensure integrion of safety and environmental requirements. Leads accident investigions, analyzes risk, and implements corrective actions to improve safety performance and prevent recurrence.
