Job Description Conduct Drilling Rig Inspections to ensure full compliance with company and regulatory standards. Able to identify and understand Land Base Rig Operations. Able to identify AC Drilling Rig components and understand how they work. Ensure Cyclone's safety program is being followed in the yard & field (visits/oversight) Assist in ensuring accurate safety records are kept at the field level and summarize safety measures monthly. Detail oriented. Assist Supervisors with incident investigation and reporting. Excellent grammar and communication skills. Identify unsafe condition and practices. Coordinate to ensure they are remedied/mitigated. Maintain DOT drug testing certification and administer Drug and Alcohol Testing. Help identify safety & operations training needs & provide input to training developed to meet those needs. Staying compliant with IADC Rig Pass. Deliver onsite safety training (public speaking). Review DOT/Driver safety metrics and facilitate rig move planning, journey management and driving incident follow up. Experience with CDL, Road Tests and ride-alongs preferred. Facilitate safety equipment inspection & certification/documentation as necessary. Interact with all customers, suppliers, management and field personnel in a friendly and inviting manner. Teach and model leadership qualities. Review, program, update, utilize and train personnel in safety systems. Preference for experience in/with MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel), eCompliance, eLoomie, Applicant Stack, Mobile Device Management (tablets), Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Multi-Gas Meters, Fall Protection. A successful candidate will be a positive, motivated self-starter and proactive planner; have a strong background in safety (OSHA, DOT), and be flexible scheduling to meet needs of oil and gas operations.

Requirements Requirements Include:

Must have an acceptable driving record. Must be willing to work Out of Town for 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Must have experience conducting audits on oil and gas drilling rigs. Will have own transportation to Gillette, WY at the beginning of every shift, and drive to field sites with company vehicle. Will be required to wear Personnel Protective Equipment including FRC.

Preferred:

Able to successfully complete a Road Test if required. Rig Pass / Safeland instructor experience Safety Certifications Physical Requirements

• Must be able and willing to stand for up to 12 hours.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to kneel, reach, and work at heights exceeding 30 feet.

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
