FASTECH is seeking an HSE Specialist to drive our safety-first culture across offices and jobsites. You'll manage permits, incident reporting, field safety oversight, and environmental compliance for construction and maintenance operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct jobsite safety audits, inspections, and tailgate talks across construction and field-service operations.
• Manage high-risk work permits, incident reporting, and investigations
• Maintain environmental compliance records and reporting.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding; track certifications and expirations.
• Support emergency response planning and corrective-action follow-up.
• Partner with Service Line Managers and foremen to close safety gaps and sustain our EMR performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years in an HSE/safety role in construction, energy, or industrial environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA (Cal/OSHA a plus), EPA, and hazardous-materials regulations.
• OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication, and training skills.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to jobsites.

PREFERRED

• Experience with fueling/hydrogen/CNG sites, confined-space and hot-work programs.

$70,000.00
