Job Description

EHS Trainer / Coordinator - Construction & Industrial Seeking an EHS Trainer / Coordinator to support safety programs across construction and industrial jobsites. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience, holds a current MSHA certification, and can deliver practical training to crews and supervisors. Responsibilities Conduct site inspections, job hazard analyses, and safety audits. Deliver new-hire orientations, toolbox talks, and training on construction and industrial hazards. Support compliance with applicable OSHA, MSHA, company, and client requirements. Investigate incidents and near misses, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions. Partner with field leadership to address unsafe conditions and strengthen day-to-day safety practices. Maintain training records, inspection reports, and other EHS documentation. Qualifications EHS experience in construction and industrial environments. Current MSHA certification and experience training employees. Working knowledge of OSHA standards, hazard recognition, and incident investigation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with field crews and management. OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, or additional trainer credentials are preferred.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
