Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, safety-focused professional to join our team as a Coatings Inspector / Site Safety & Health Officer on an active heavy civil infrastructure project. What You'll Do Perform coatings inspection and quality control in accordance with project specifications and

AMPP/NACE

standards Serve as Site Safety & Health Officer, enforcing OSHA compliance, site safety plans, and safe work practices Work side-by-side with field crews in a demanding heavy civil environment (infrastructure rehabilitation, containment, abrasive blasting, and industrial coatings) Document inspections, safety observations, and daily reports accurately and on time Act as a true team player—communicating clearly, supporting the crew, and helping keep the project moving safely and efficiently What We're Looking For AMPP (NACE) Level 1 certification required OSHA 30 required Proven experience working in heavy civil / industrial construction environments Strong knowledge of coatings inspection, surface preparation, and industrial painting processes Highly motivated, reliable, and proactive with a strong safety-first mindset Excellent team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on field setting Clear communicator who can work effectively with supervisors, crews, and quality control personnel

What We Offer Pay:

$40.00 - $42.00 per hour
