Job Description

Join WITRON as a Health and Safety Administrative Specialist!
Salary Range:
$50k-$70k WITRON is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Specialist to join our team and support multiple locations across the U.S. If you have a passion in safety regulations and thrive in promoting safety daily, we want to hear from you! As the Administrative Specialist, you will:
Safety Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of safety training, certifications, and incident reports. Ensure OSHA logs and company safety files are up-to-date and audit-ready.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Support the input and maintenance of accurate safety and incident data. Generate monthly or quarterly reports on safety metrics, training completion rates, and incident trends.
Vendor & PPE Management:
Manage relationships with safety equipment, PPE, and training vendors. Monitor inventory levels of safety supplies, place orders, and track expenditures within budget guidelines.
Training Coordination:
Assist with the scheduling and logistics of employee safety briefings, onboarding compliance, and external safety training courses.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 3-5 years of experience working in an office-based support role preferred Accounting experience a plus OSHA 10 or 30 a plus Vendor management experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively 75% travel is expected for this role
Physical Requirements:
