Job Description

Iberia Express Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Safety Assistant to support our Safety Department and help ensure DOT compliance.

Responsibilities:

Assist with DOT and FMCSA compliance Monitor driver logs and safety documentation Maintain driver qualification files Support accident and incident reporting Communicate with drivers regarding safety-related matters Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications:

Trucking or transportation experience a MUST Strong organizational and communication skills Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) Experience with Samsara, ELDs, or DOT compliance is a plus
