Weekend Night Shift, 3 12 hr. days Saturday - Monday, 6:00pm - 6:00am off Tues,Wed Thurs, & Fri At GXO Logistics, we look for employees who like a challenge and can communicate effectively in all situations. As the Analyst, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), you will provide environmental compliance support. What you'll do on a typical day: Plan and implement GXO and OSHA policies and programs

Advise and lead associates on various safety related topics

Update and maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) binders and databases

Conduct and/or coordinate inspections, safety audits, and environmental audits for campus locations

Ensure proper training of associates on safety and health requirements and policies to ensure compliance

Conduct safety audits of health and safety programs, procedures and processes, including but not limited to the Safety Training Observation Program (STOP) and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) process

Investigate accidents or incidents to discover root causes and recommend solutions, improvement opportunities or preventive measures

Other duties as assigned What you need to succeed at

GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

1 year of EHS experience It'd be great if you also have: Bachelor's degree in safety related field

CPR, AED, and First Aid certificates

The self-motivation to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment
