Compensation:

$22 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Operate Class A CDL vehicles to transport construction materials safely and efficiently across Indiana and the surrounding states. Ensure the timely delivery of prefabricated wall panels, floor trusses, and roof trusses to various job sites. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with dispatch and project managers to optimize delivery schedules and expectations. Maintain records of deliveries and pickups Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Experience in operating Class A commercial vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Ability to conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle safety and reliability. Proven track record of timely and efficient delivery. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with logistics teams and site managers. Ability to plan and execute efficient delivery routes, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity. Experience in loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and securing of loads.
