Job Overview The HR & Safety Training Coordinator serves as the primary coordinator for employee onboarding, training programs, workforce development initiatives, and safety compliance activities. This role works closely with leaders and employees throughout the organization to promote continuous learning, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of workplace safety. Responsibilities Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs. Maintain training schedules, records, certifications, and compliance requirements. Develop training materials and support classroom, hands-on, and virtual learning. Partner with leaders to identify training needs and workforce development opportunities. Track training effectiveness and prepare completion and compliance reports. Support and promote company safety programs and regulatory compliance. Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, certifications, and required documentation. Coordinate safety training, inspections, audits, and certification renewals. Assist with incident investigations, workers' compensation administration, and corrective actions. Support emergency preparedness activities and foster a strong safety culture. Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation. Prepare reports, communications, and administrative HR materials. Support employee engagement, recognition, and company events. Assist with employee relations, performance management, and policy administration. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Two or more years of experience supporting HR, Safety, or Training programs in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Willingness and ability to complete OSHA 10-Hour Training within six months of employment. Bilingual Spanish language skills a plus!
