Night Shift:

Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM + mandatory overtime Extensive day‑shift training with the Safety Manager is required prior to transitioning to the night shift. This position is for Canton, MS ONLY! Pay will be based initially on experience and adjusted per demonstrated skills and performance. The Night Shift Safety Coordinator will oversee nightly safety protocols and serve as the primary point of contact for our customer within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include providing daily safety oversight for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and manufacturing technicians. Basic Requirements Spend significant time on the production floor observing and correcting safety conditions Conduct safety audits and coach employees on best safety practices Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies/procedures, and federal standards Interact with employees to promote safe behaviors and safe working conditions Anticipate, identify, evaluate, and correct hazardous conditions and practices Work independently and make critical decisions as needed Basic Qualifications Minimum 3 years of manufacturing and/or industrial safety experience Additional education in a related field is a plus Ability to conduct floor observations, interactions, and interventions Experience reviewing task planning and recommending improvements Safety training experience (LOTO, Confined Space, etc.) Strong hazard‑recognition skills specific to manufacturing environments First Aid/CPR certification Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Professional appearance and strong customer service skills; able to work effectively with diverse groups Ability to climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 lbs Proficiency in MS Office Strong written and oral communication skills Yates Services Benefits (16) Paid holidays per year Up to (2) weeks Paid Vacation per year Generous 401(k) Plan after 1 full year of service Family Day and Movie Night events Discounts on
