We are seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to support two operations. This is a field focused role for someone who can build strong relationships with employees and supervisors while driving safety and environmental compliance. What You'll Do Lead EHS compliance activities across both locations. Conduct field inspections, identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions to completion. Maintain safety programs, training records, compliance calendars, and required documentation. Support inspections, training, task training, and hazard awareness. Prepare and maintain required reports, permits, sampling records, manifests, and agency documentation. Lead or support safety committees, toolbox talks, employee training, and emergency preparedness. Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to build practical and proactive EHS programs. Serve as a key point of contact during regulatory inspections and follow up on findings and corrective actions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of EHS experience in chemical, mining, industrial minerals, manufacturing, heavy industry, construction materials, utilities, or a similar industrial environment. Working knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance requirements. Experience conducting inspections, recognizing hazards, investigating incidents, and managing corrective actions. Familiarity with environmental programs involving stormwater, waste, and chemical management. Experience and willingness to work in outdoor industrial environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites.
