Temporary Job Summary:

Our Client in Mt. Holly, NJ is seeking a Safety & Risk Management Coordinator. This is a temporary opportunity offering $22.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. This position requires local travel using a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Responsibilities:

Conduct facility, vehicle, and medication inspections. Assist programs in preparing for licensing and accreditation site reviews. Monitor plans of correction and follow-up activities. Provide consultation to program leadership regarding safety standards and best practices. Coordinate with programs to ensure safety systems remain operational and compliant with internal and external requirements. Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and inspection tools. Identify and report risk management trends. Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.), preferably in a mental health, social services, or related field. Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally using a personal vehicle. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Flexible with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with life safety standards and/or licensing regulations (DMHAS, DDD, DCF) preferred. Knowledge of licensing and accreditation processes is a plus. Interested?
