Good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills, flexible and able to multitask, detail oriented, ability to meet deadlines; maintains the highest level of confidentiality; communicates effectively with all levels of personnel; must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Conducting facility, vehicle and medication inspections Assisting programs in preparing for licensing and accreditation site reviews Monitoring plans of correction Providing consultation to program leadership regarding safety standards and best practices Helping to promote safety and reduce risk exposure by coordinating with programs to ensure safety systems are in continuous working order and are up to date with internal and external requirements Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, procedures and inspection tools Identifying risk management trends Completing special projects, as assigned

Philosophy Qualifications:
Bachelor's (B.A.) degree, preferably in a mental health/social service related field; Familiar with life safety standards and/or knowledge of licensing (DMHAS, DDD, DCF) regulations a plus; Valid Driver's License. Oaks Integrated Care is an
