Job Description

Actively seeking qualified and documented candidates for Account Manager. Overview We are seeking a Focused, Experienced Leader, to manage our team of dedicated professional security officers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, enjoyable and well organized environment for our client, security team members and visitors who frequent our place of business on a regular basis. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. Those with current Arkansas Private Security Credential's will move to the front of the line. You must be able to provide documented leadership experience for a period of at least two (2) year as a Supervisor or above. Experience counts but all applications will be considered. Please respond today. We expect an overwhelming response to these position. Responsibilities for this "working position" Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to detect suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as needed. enguage in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques when necessary. Provide first aid and CPR assistance in emergency situations. Prepare detailed reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Give directions as needed. Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound freight movement. Know every aspect of the position and the property. Build a business relationship between you and the officers that serve under you as well as the client we all appreciate and work with. Oversee diciplinary actions as they relate to procedure/policy failures. Teach in areas that you excel. Provide support to our payroll, HR and recruiting departments. Be proactive you r approach to effective management. Maintain communications with those who support you and with those you support.. Experience Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory. Certification in security training or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is beneficial. A military background may be considered an asset. Be familiar with basic computer skills Most important to understand that if chosen, you will be assigned to a schedule that will make you available to the clients needs, and at the same time be required to work any shift if needed, should a situation arise.

$14.50 - $18.00 per hour
