Estimating sits in on the sales team's weekly meetings, and sales and operations work problems out together instead of pointing fingers. They broke the "us vs. them" cycle on purpose, and they protect that culture fiercely. The role You'll lead the estimating team and report to the VP of Sales. You'll build and refine processes, train and mentor your estimators, and produce estimates that project teams can execute against. While the team fills out, you'll also build estimates yourself, so this is a working leader's seat. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, and operations, and your voice will carry weight in pre-sale conversations and project planning. This is an in-office role in the Omaha metro, with the occasional site walk alongside sales. Experience with Genetec is a plus, but what matters most is your depth in the security integration industry, your ability to lead people, and your skill at communicating across departments without creating friction.
