Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview This role is responsible for leading and executing regional security strategy across the Americas in support of DePuy Synthes' Global Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Corporate Operations portfolio. The position plays a critical role in protecting people, assets, facilities, and operations while enabling business continuity, resilience, and growth. The role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders and has a direct impact on employee safety, site readiness, and risk mitigation across a diverse footprint. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Americas regional security strategy aligned with global security standards and business objectives .
• Oversee physical security operations for corporate offices, manufacturing sites, R D facilities, and distribution locations across the region.
• Partner with Global RE & FM teams to integrate security requirements into site design, renovations, and lease activities.
• Manage regional security vendors and service providers, including contract governance.
