Requirements for the

Manager, Transportation and Security :

High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Associate's degree in criminal justice is preferred. Must be 21 years of age and h ave a valid PA State Driver's License. Three years' experience in safety, security, law enforcement, or related field preferred. Experience working in a hospital or Life Care Community preferred. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members. Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
