PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor the front desk and lobby area, greet and direct visitors, verify authorization as required, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, member concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders. Observe activity at entry points and within assigned public-facing areas, report unusual conditions or policy concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access. Communicate professionally with branch personnel, members, and visitors while supporting a welcoming, orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least one year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have experience using alarm panels, preferred. Have experience with access control and badge systems, preferred. Possess a guard card or license, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
