We are seeking a vigilant, dependable Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes a proactive approach to site security, with strong skills in surveillance, conflict de-escalation, and loss prevention. In this role, you will monitor the premises, conduct routine patrols, and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Duties

• Monitor and control entry to and exit from the premises to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter, identify, and report suspicious activity or signs of intrusion.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to support effective facility surveillance.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when needed, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Document incidents accurately and prepare detailed reports on security-related activities.
• Support loss prevention efforts to reduce theft, damage, and other security risks.
• Manage conflict professionally and remain composed in high-pressure situations. Requirements
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or a related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV, and conflict management techniques is required.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Physical ability to perform duties that may include standing for extended periods and responding quickly when needed.
• Preparedness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
