- Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

- 10:30pm Competitive hourly wage of $30.

A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of Security Supervisor Supervise the security team on your given shift Train new officers Help manage schedules to make sure you have zero dark posts during your shift Act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring client security requirements are met Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity Verify identities and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications of Security Supervisor You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process) Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Must have at minimum one year of security supervisor experience. Preferably two years Must be 21 years old Must have active driver's license Please include your most up to date security supervisor resume First aid certification is an asset Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
