Job Summary We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Night Security Officer to join our team in a full-time overnight position of approximately 36 hours per week . The Night Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across our outdoor grounds and indoor facilities during overnight hours. This position requires strong situational awareness, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently. Comprehensive corporate benefits package available Key Responsibilities Conduct regular vehicular patrols of the exterior property using a company-provided golf cart. Manage in-house security protocols and monitor interior facilities to ensure asset protection. Check doors, gates, windows, and other access points to ensure they are properly secured. Identify and promptly report suspicious activity, security concerns, maintenance issues, and safety hazards immediately. Respond appropriately to security or facility concerns and notify management or emergency services when necessary. Maintain accurate and detailed daily shift logs documenting patrols, observations, and noteworthy events. Complete clear and timely incident reports when security incidents or safety concerns occur. Communicate professionally with management, employees, visitors, and emergency personnel as appropriate. Perform other security- or facility-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Strong situational awareness and attention to detail. Good judgment and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality. Ability to remain alert and respond appropriately to unexpected situations. Previous security, facility, property management, or related experience is preferred but not required. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to regularly walk and patrol outdoor and indoor areas. Ability to work overnight shifts and remain attentive throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
