This is a structured, full-time role responsible for maintaining safety, enforcing resort policies, and ensuring consistent overnight coverage of resort operations. • Off (36 hours) ✔ Every other weekend off ✔ Built-in 3-day breaks ✔ Predictable, repeating rotation This established rotation remains consistent once assigned and is essential to maintaining full overnight coverage of the resort. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct scheduled patrols of resort property and facilities
• Monitor buildings and grounds for safety and policy compliance
• Enforce resort policies in a firm, fair, and professional manner
• Respond appropriately to disturbances, complaints, and emergencies
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports
• Monitor access points and verify identification when required
• Maintain a visible, consistent security presence overnight Overnight guards work independently and are expected to exercise sound judgment without direct supervision. Qualifications & Requirements Reliability & Accountability
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are mandatory Reporting as scheduled for this position is mandatory. Professional Standards

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed during difficult situations
• Consistent, unbiased enforcement of policies Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Availability
• Must be available for overnight shifts
• Must be available weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions Winter Operations During snow and ice conditions, on-site housing is available to security staff to ensure safe reporting and uninterrupted overnight coverage. (Inclement weather only, not a residence) Pre-Employment Requirements
