StoneBridge Village is seeking dependable, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Security Officers-Patrol . This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our property owners, guests, employees, and visitors. Our Security Officers patrol the community, assist residents and guests, monitor property and facilities, respond to incidents, and help ensure StoneBridge Village policies and procedures are followed. We are looking for individuals who are observant, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to interact professionally with a wide variety of people. Primary Responsibilities Conduct routine security patrols throughout StoneBridge Village. Help protect Association property, facilities, residents, guests, employees, and visitors. Monitor for suspicious activity, safety concerns, fire hazards, property damage, theft, vandalism, and other security-related situations. Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies within established policies and procedures. Investigate and prepare written reports regarding accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, safety concerns, and other security matters. Assist property owners, guests, employees, contractors, and visitors as needed. Verify identification and property access when appropriate. Monitor entrances, common areas, facilities, and other Association property. Utilize security cameras, body cameras, computer systems, and other security equipment. Assist with training new Security Officers when assigned. Perform other security-related duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 21 years of age . Previous security, military, law enforcement, emergency services, or similar experience is preferred but not required. Must possess a valid driver's license that has been in effect for at least three years. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to remain calm and exercise good judgment when handling difficult or unexpected situations. Must be dependable, highly motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills are required. Training will be provided for StoneBridge Village-specific software and systems. What We're Looking For Successful candidates will demonstrate strong judgment, communication skills, integrity, professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, composure, and problem-solving abilities . This is a security position in a residential and recreational community, so the ability to provide good customer service while consistently following established policies is especially important. Physical & Work Requirements This position requires regular walking, standing, driving, and outdoor patrols. Employees must be able to lift approximately 20 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, cold, wind, and rain. Security Officers must remain alert and attentive throughout their shifts and be comfortable using computers, phones, security cameras, body cameras, radios, logbooks, and other standard security and office equipment. Schedule This position is for a Patrol Shift for Saturdays 4pm - 11pm.
