Responsibilities Control facility and site access for employees, visitors, and vehicles Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeters Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems and respond to alerts Report and document incidents, suspicious activity, and safety hazards Enforce client policies, post orders, and security procedures Support emergency response, evacuations, and incident command as directed Provide customer service and clear communication to clients and the public Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and public safety agencies when needed Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and adherence to company standards Required Skills Access control Patrol procedures CCTV monitoring Alarm response Incident reporting Radio and incident communications De-escalation techniques Emergency response support Basic computer literacy Report writing
