Job Description
GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring Security Officers to protect people, property, and critical operations for commercial, industrial, and government clients. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will control access, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, respond to incidents, and enforce client policies with professionalism and integrity. Officers document activities, report safety concerns, and support emergency response. Responsibilities Control facility and site access for employees, visitors, and vehicles Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeters Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems and respond to alerts Report and document incidents, suspicious activity, and safety hazards Enforce client policies, post orders, and security procedures Support emergency response, evacuations, and incident command as directed Provide customer service and clear communication to clients and the public Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and public safety agencies when needed Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and adherence to company standards Required Skills Access control Patrol procedures CCTV monitoring Alarm response Incident reporting Radio and incident communications De-escalation techniques Emergency response support Basic computer literacy Report writing
