Front Desk Access Control Security Officer:

Staff the front desk and serve as the main point of entry for the site Greet employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors in a professional manner Verify identities and credentials before granting access Issue and track visitor badges and maintain accurate sign-in logs Monitor CCTV and access control systems from the desk Answer phones and direct calls, deliveries, and inquiries as needed Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, or potential threats Write detailed reports on events and incidents Collaborate with authorities during serious situations Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for

Front Desk Access Control Security Officer:

Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable with computers, phones, and access control systems Strong attention to detail and report writing skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or front desk experience
