Job Description

ARMED Hospitality Security Officer

STARTING IN OCTOBER

1st!

PLEASE READ

This is for multiple sites that will start within the next 7-10 days. This is for Hospitality Security. If you want a job where you just stand at the door, this is not for you. We are looking for guards that can provide peace of mind through presence. You will be walking your entire shift, so you must be physically fit. Please answer all questions asked or you will not be interviewed. $1 raise every 3 months capped at $25, Supervisors Starting at $30 De-Escalate Security Firm Open House Come work at De-Escalate, where we achieve security through peace of mind. We are actively hiring Hospitality Security Guards for all shifts.

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods Weekend availability is required Professional appearance and attitude Customer service mindset

Requirements:

You must have: A valid New Jersey ID or Driver's License A valid New Jersey Security Guard Card A black polo Dress Shoes Physically fit and strong Must be able to stand for Full shift Valid New York Security License Can not use Cell Phone on shift 8 hour certificate Good Communication Skills Commanding presence to deter security issues Capable and skilled in security responsibilities Assertive and confident in maintaining security and control

Duties :

Monitor and patrol entrance & exit ways & venue, preventing unauthorized access, theft & vandalism Conduct regular security checks and report suspicious activities Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies Enforce company policies for the safety of employees and clientele

Skills :

Strong observation and surveillance abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Event coordination without excessive celebration Composure in high-pressure situations Effective problem-solving and decision-making Knowledge of security protocols and procedures To apply submit your resume with cell phone, email and relevant security experience.
