Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officer who has a real ID to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security protocols, conflict management, and emergency response. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment and preventing loss or damage to property. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security operations is highly valued. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and responding promptly to incidents. 90 DAY

HOUSING AVAILABLE

( RV Park also available) Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior Respond effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, including providing first aid or CPR when necessary Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or other unlawful activities Manage conflict situations with professionalism and conflict management skills Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities Assist visitors and staff by providing directions or information while ensuring safety protocols are followed Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during investigations or emergencies as needed Experience Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is preferred Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle conflict management situations calmly and effectively Familiarity with security equipment and protocols including CCTV monitoring and access control systems Strong observational skills with attention to detail in identifying potential threats or hazards If you can speak "Jicarilla Apache" This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the safety of our community while working in a professional environment that values vigilance, integrity, and proactive security measures.

Pay:
