Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Site Security Patrol in Bristol, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, shipping and receiving locations, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation. Report hazards, facility concerns, and unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal management in accordance with established procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
