Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Glendale, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including storefronts, common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the surrounding perimeter. Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unauthorized activity through a visible professional presence and accurate incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
