Operate and maintain surveillance equipment effectively, including both mobile and stationary technology. Compile and present detailed reports of observations with supporting documentation and evidence. Work collaboratively with law enforcement and other related agencies when necessary. Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in all investigations. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. Stay current with new technologies and methods in surveillance and investigative techniques.
