German fighters. This position involves traditional aircraft sheet metal fabrication, structural repair, and restoration work. You will work extensively with German manuals, hand-form parts, and reverse-engineer components from salvaged aircraft parts when original drawings and documentation are not available. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sheet metal mechanic who enjoys challenging restoration work and takes pride in precision craftsmanship. Responsibilities Perform aircraft sheet metal fabrication, repair, installation, and modification. Inspect and repair aircraft structures and components in accordance with approved procedures. Fabricate and install sheet metal parts using appropriate hand and power tools. Hand-form and shape sheet metal components to precise specifications. Reverse-engineer components when drawings and technical documentation are unavailable. Work with German aircraft manuals and historical technical documentation. Collaborate closely with maintenance, restoration, and fabrication professionals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
