Type:

full-time

  • This is a 12+ month extendable W2 Contract with good opportunity for fulltime conversion and include benefits offerings as well.
  • We're seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to perform aircraft inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement.

This role works hands-on with aircraft airframes and engines, using technical drawings, manuals, schematics, diagnostic equipment, and hand tools to ensure work meets applicable aviation and safety standards.

Requirements:

US Citizen with clean background check and drug screen - able to obtain a Secret Clearance after starting Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification with no prior FAA violations Typically 3+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience Advanced aircraft airframe and engine maintenance/troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and technical publications High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience Own tools in good working order by the time the job starts and reliable transportation Ability to pass/maintain Class 3 Physical requirements, including hearing test Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs Ability to speak, read, and write

English Preferred:

FAA repair station and/or QA experience

    FAR/DFARS

    familiarity

    • Aerospace/Defense, DoD, or U.S. Military background
    • Ability to travel and work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends
    • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance if required
