Required Certifications & Experience:

FAA Licenses:

Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification with an active Inspection Authorization (IA) is strictly required.\n

General Aviation Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience in general aviation aircraft maintenance, with a proven track record of troubleshooting, engine maintenance, and completing thorough annual inspections independently.\n

Aircraft Familiarity:

Demonstrated proficiency with common single- and twin-engine GA piston aircraft (Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, Mooney, Cirrus, Diamond, Tecnam, Maule, Bellanca, Grumman) and standard engines (Lycoming, Continental, Rotax).\n

Tools & Technical Expectations:

Personal Tools:

Must possess your own comprehensive set of standard roll-around aircraft hand tools. (All specialty shop tools, tripod jacks, calibrated testers, borescopes, and heavy ground service equipment are provided by the company).\n

FAA Compliance:
