As a Line Technician, you'll help maintain the appearance and readiness of our aircraft while providing outstanding support to flight crews and passengers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional service and safety every day. Responsibilities Prepare aircraft for flight by cleaning, detailing, fueling, servicing, and stocking supplies. Support aircraft arrivals and departures, including towing, marshalling, securing, and assisting flight crews. Load and unload baggage and provide exceptional service to passengers and crew members. Operate, monitor, and assist in the maintenance of ground support equipment and fuel systems. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, security, and appearance of the hangar, ramp, and surrounding facilities. Assist with seasonal and operational needs, including snow removal and special projects. Perform other duties as assigned in support of safe and efficient aviation operations. Qualifications Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, direct interface, over telephone and in writing. Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement in a safe, efficient manner. Follow oral and written directions. Plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule. Maintain good working relationships with others. Must be available to work flexible hours including overtime when required. Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks including, but not limited to facility cleaning, vehicle washing, aircraft cleaning and vacuuming. Ability to work without direct management supervision. Must be comfortable with working outdoors, day and night hours, and in all weather conditions.
