We partner with builders throughout Southern California and are committed to quality workmanship, safety, and team development. Position Summary We are seeking a Low Voltage Technician II to support installations across San Diego job sites . This role is ideal for a technician with hands-on experience who can work independently on assigned tasks while supporting a team. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a Level 3 / Lead role over time. Travel Requirement (Important) This position requires travel between job sites throughout San Diego .
Candidates must be comfortable with:
Driving between multiple job sites Supporting different project locations as needed Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between job sites only (not from home to the first job site or from the last job site home). Key Responsibilities Install and route low voltage cabling for systems including security, fire alarm, data, and A/V Pull, terminate, label, and bundle wiring according to project requirements Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project plans Troubleshoot basic system and wiring issues Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines Maintain job site safety and follow all applicable regulations Operate and maintain tools and equipment properly Maintain professional communication and reliable attendance Preferred Experience 2-4 years of low voltage installation experience Residential new construction or tract home experience preferred Experience working with homebuilders or production environments Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision Qualifications Minimum 2 years of low voltage installation experience Familiarity with wiring diagrams and blueprints Skilled with hand and power tools Knowledge of low voltage codes and best practices Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $21-$25/hour (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement between job sites Opportunities for growth into Level 3 / Lead roles Stable, full-time work Benefits (After 90 Days of Employment) Medical, Dental, Vision, and Accident Insurance 401(k) Plan with up to a 4% Safe Harbor company match
Paid Sick Leave:
40 hours front-loaded in accordance with California law
Paid Vacation:
