The CST will be responsible for ensuring the physical security and integrity of secure space construction from inception through accreditation — monitoring all construction activity, inspecting materials, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and maintaining thorough documentation in support of final accreditation packets. Key Responsibilities Conduct continuous on-site monitoring of all construction activities within or adjacent to secure spaces in accordance with

requirements Inspect all materials, equipment, and personnel entering the construction site to detect potential technical surveillance threats or security vulnerabilities Identify and assess threats, vulnerabilities, and risks associated with secure space construction, and escalate concerns to appropriate security personnel Maintain detailed documentation of all construction phases, security observations, and access logs to support final accreditation packets Apply knowledge of technical listening devices and methods commonly used by foreign intelligence services to inform surveillance countermeasures Coordinate with the Special Security Officer (SSO), construction teams, and government security representatives to ensure continuous compliance with

standards Support physical security operations, counterintelligence awareness, and counter-surveillance activities as required throughout the construction lifecycle Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with applicable DoD, IC, and Navy security directives and regulations Required Qualifications Active / Adjudicated Top Secret (TS) security clearance Valid CST Training Course Certificate — must have successfully completed a 40-hour or greater accredited CST training course Demonstrated experience working as a CST, SSC, SSM, or Physical Security Special Security Officer (SSO) on
