Interact w/ clients to ensure the work is being completed properly and timely Able to work unsupervised and highly selfmotivated and detail oriented. Provide technical customer service regarding Fire Safety systems including technical support during the installation and commissioning of new or expanded systems. Coordinate with contractors in the process of installation of systems. Perform system commissioning on systems including loading software programs and implementing modifications as necessary. Respond to and carry out to completion any troubleshooting to assigned custom systems during the installation phase of the system. Install fire alarm devices, panels, boards, power supplies, and associated wiring. Return equipment in need of repair or calibration to the office in a timely manner. Report daily on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action
