Interpret intricate blueprints and schematics to perform precise system diagnostics using advanced electronic test equipment. Document all service activities, inventory usage, and maintenance logs within a CMMS platform to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with facility stakeholders and provide technical mentorship to team members to ensure high-level system performance. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. 4-6 years of professional experience in security electronics or low-voltage systems within commercial or institutional settings. Proven proficiency in troubleshooting CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of IP-based video systems and network-integrated security. Experience utilizing CMMS software for facility maintenance management.
