Responsibilities Monitor intrusion, fire, and life safety alarms in real time using security software and video systems. Verify alarm events through established procedures and apply accurate response codes. Initiate outbound calls to customers, key holders, and emergency services as required. Document all events, actions, and communications clearly and accurately in monitoring systems. Follow strict protocols, compliance, and confidentiality standards at all times. Escalate critical or unusual incidents to supervisors and technical teams promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure 24/7 coverage and smooth shift handoffs. Use basic troubleshooting steps to identify false alarms or technical issues. Participate in ongoing training on new technologies, procedures, and customer requirements.
