Job Description

Mike Erdman Collision Center - Cocoa, FL Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Mike Erdman Collision Center is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. We need a dependable technician who takes pride in producing safe, accurate, high-quality repairs. Responsibilities Perform body and structural repairs according to manufacturer specifications Repair and replace damaged panels and components Complete metalwork, panel alignment, and body preparation Use frame and measuring equipment when needed Maintain quality while meeting production expectations Communicate repair concerns or additional damage promptly Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work cooperatively with estimators, painters, and other team members Qualifications Previous automotive collision repair experience required Ability to perform quality body and panel repairs Structural and frame repair experience is a plus I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications $1,000 annual tool reimbursement $350 monthly car allowance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options 401(k) and Roth 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Paid training Employee vehicle purchase program and discounts On-site employee gym and restaurant Join a locally owned and operated automotive group that has served Brevard County for more than 35 years.
