We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our team. If you're skilled in automotive repair, have a strong background in estimating, and enjoy helping customers through the repair process, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the repairs needed to bring them back to pre-accident condition. Prepare accurate and thorough repair estimates using industry-standard software. Work closely with our body shop technicians to ensure repairs follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Communicate clearly with customers about repair recommendations, timelines, and pricing. Stay informed on the latest repair techniques and collision industry trends. Provide friendly, professional customer service every step of the way. Help manage workflow in the body shop to keep repairs moving efficiently and on schedule. Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure they're satisfied with their experience. What We're Looking For Prior experience as a body shop estimator or in a related automotive repair role is required. Strong mechanical knowledge and a solid understanding of collision repair processes. Experience with service writing or automotive service management is a plus. Background as a service technician or in tire/service work is helpful. Excellent communication skills—able to explain repair needs clearly to customers and teammates.
