Job Description
We are a trailer manufacturing company in Elnora, IN, building all steel products. Everything we build will be primed and painted. We run 2 complete paint facilities in our factory, as well as a re-work (repair) facility.
•Must have automotive paint experience
•Pay level will depend on the job type, and experience of the applicant. Naturally, all work is done indoors. The facility is heated in the winter, and we have fans in the summer to keep air moving. We offer health insurance, vision and dental, Simple IRA with company match retirement program, and paid time off amongst other benefits. Our regular work week is Monday-Thursday, 10 hour days...so a 3 day weekend most weeks. Right now, demand is high, so we are working a partial day on Friday...which is overtime (time and a half).
