$18-$24 Per Hour Based on Experience Steady Work & Consistent Hours Modern Equipment & Well-Maintained Facility Paid Training & Certification Assistance Paid Uniforms Supportive, Team-Oriented Environment Career Advancement Opportunities Competitive Benefits Package What You'll Do Prepare vehicles for painting through sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming Inspect surfaces and correct imperfections before refinishing Mask and protect vehicle components from overspray Work closely with painters to ensure vehicles are properly prepared for painting Assist with minor disassembly and reassembly as needed Maintain high standards for quality and attention to detail Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For Previous automotive paint preparation or collision repair experience preferred Knowledge of sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Dependable, motivated, and able to work well with a team Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn!
